How did you become an artist? (Briefly describe your journey):
Creativity was always encouraged in my youth. Both of my grandmothers and two of my great grandmothers were artists so I feel like the urge to express myself through creating runs through my veins. I’ve always been interested in learning new creative process and enjoy finding ways to incorporate new techniques into my painting.
 
Why did you choose the Les Cheneaux Area as a place to reside and make your art?
I cannot imagine a more calm, inspiring place to make something beautiful. 
 
What inspires you?
Other artists, nature walks, good music
 
Describe your art in one sentence:
An exploration of color and movement
 
When you are not making art what are you most likely doing?
Cooking something tedious and fantastic. 
 
What is your favorite sandwich?
The Mama on white from Laspadas in Lauderdale by the Sea (all the way, no tomato, extra oil and vinegar)
